How is the package shipped?
We use reputed delivery partners. You will receive an order confirmation with its own tracking link. Here you will be able to follow the shipment.
How can I track my package?
As soon as the package has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an order confirmation with a tracking link. Here you will be able to follow the shipment.
How long is the delivery time?
We pack and ship items almost daily. In most cases, you will receive your package 3-5 days after ordering. At times we are very busy and therefore operate with a delivery time of 3-5 days.
What happens if the package is returned?
If you do not collect your package, or the package does not reach you due to an incorrect address/poor labelling, the goods will be returned to us at your expense. A fee will be deducted from your paid amount. The rest of the paid amount will be refunded to you.
How to return an item/package?
