This Returns Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds work for orders.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. We accept exchanges on products also.

1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return for the following reasons:

  • Defective or damaged item received.
  • Incorrect item received.
  • Change of mind / No longer want the product.
  • Size/Fit issue (if applicable to product type)

How to request for return and replacement?
We offer a simple and customer-friendly return policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

You may request a return for defective, damaged, incorrect, or change-of-mind reasons within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all tags, accessories, and the invoice.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will arrange a free return pickup and provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and refunds will be issued after the product passes the quality check.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

To start a return, please contact us at hitechent2020@gmail.com or call us at +91 9594421804 with your order number, reason for return, and photos/videos (if applicable). Certain items such as used products, items without original packaging, and hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return.

All Orders Placed on HT PRINTER CARTRIDGES Are Covered Under 7 Days Replacement Warranty by Hitech Enterprises.

Criteria for requesting replacement:

  • Replacement request will be entertained only if buyer ask in 7 days from date of delivery.
  • Wrong item delivered from ordered item (Only accepted if product is sealed and unused condition).
  • Wrong color delivered from ordered item (Only accepted if product is sealed and unused condition).
  • Missing parts or accessories (Customer must share video with Customer care team while opening the package in case of Empty Package/Quantity issue).
  • In cases where Customer ordered wrong or incorrect model cartridge and requests for replacement than forward and return courier charges will be paid by customer.

Does Hitech Enterprises guarantee authenticity of its products?
We only sell 100% authentic products at HT PRINTER CARTRIDGES. All our products are branded are sourced from authorized distributors.

For quick resolution please provide some mentioned details:

Order id of order you want replacement
3 Images of delivered product and unpacking video (Video is mandatory if buyer gets physical damage product due to mishandling of courier company).
If there is compatibility issue then customer have to share video showing error message and HT Printer Cartridges cartridge sticker at time of installation.
Customer must share video with Customer care team while opening the package in case of Empty Package/Quantity issue.
Note: Our executive may ask further information, images or video of delivered product for validation. Buyer must provide asked information, images or video within 5 days from asked date. If information, images or video not shared within 5 days then request will be cancelled and no further request will be entertained.

REFUND PROCEDURE
We will process the refund after receipt of the product to our warehouse.

Refund processing time: The amount of time it takes for the customer to receive a refund is 5-7 days.

In case of pre-paid order, the refund will be processed through payment gateway or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India and will reflect in same account of customer buying the Product from where customer has paid the transaction amount.
For cash on delivery transactions, refunds, if any, will be made via demand draft/NEFT/Cheque etc. in favour of the customer buying the Products, as per the details provided by the customer.

Refunds / Returns shall NOT be allowed in the following cases:

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame of 7 days as specified above.
  • In case where price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories, box are missing.
  • If the Product is damaged by the customer, in any manner as may be determined by our team at its sole discretion.
  • If Product has been used by the customer.

At HT Printer Cartridges, we are committed to providing a hassle-free shopping experience for all our customers. This policy outlines our procedures for refunds and shipping-related issues.

You may request a full refund after 15 days of your order date if order not delivered in 15 days after placing order

Lost or Undelivered Shipments
If your order has not been delivered within 60 days of the original shipment date, you are eligible for a full refund.

Our system will automatically initiate a refund in this case. You do not need to contact us to request the refund.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used. (It may take up to 3-4 business days for the credit to reflect in the customer account
